Viktoria Guncheva

I work in digital compliance at KPMG IT Service in Sofia, following roles in information security at First Investment Bank and quality analysis at HCLTech.

My academic background brings together journalism and cybersecurity. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and a master’s degree in Cybersecurity from New Bulgarian University, and have also studied communication and media at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.

I like to understand how things work, check the details and take the time to get them right. My further training covers information security auditing, business continuity and AI governance. I’m particularly interested in responsible AI adoption and the practical questions of governance, risk and compliance that come with it.
